If you received your order and any of the above applies, please send us a message or email us and our shipping team will rectify the situation right away. We will provide you with return postage for any items you need to send back to us, and we are happy to replace missing, wrong or damaged items at no cost to you. 

We guarantee quick 3 day shipping to most of the US and up to a week for Canada, but if you haven't received your order and it's been awhile, feel free to send us a message and we'll help track it down.
