Where to Find Your Order Tracking NumbersUpdated 2 years ago

If you purchased merchandise, you will receive your initial email receipt for the purchase, then you will receive another email once your order ships. This email will contain your tracking number for you order.

If you ordered Golden Shine products or auto parts from our parts store, those tracking numbers are available on request as they are fulfilled by a drop shipper. Please send us a message to make a request.

If you purchased CarTech books or manuals, those are fulfilled by CarTech and they ship them via USPS Media Mail. If a couple weeks pass and you still haven't received your book or manual, we can have free replacements mailed out upon request.

All OGIO, MyMedic, and other drop-shipping orders are fulfilled via dropship and can take up to a week to process and have shipped.
